Munns Returns to Rebels for Second Season
The Essex Rebels are delighted to announce the re-signing of talented, dynamic shooting guard Ashleigh Munns, who returns to the Rebels for a second season.
Ashleigh quickly established herself as one of the league’s best shooters finishing 6th overall in 3s made. The sharp shooting guard became a consistent scorer for the Rebels last year in the WBBL averaging around 12pts per game and helping the team secure a 6th place finish in just their third year.
Tom Sadler, Head of Basketball Performance at the University of Essex said ‘I am really happy to have Ashleigh back with us this year, she has become an integral part of what we do and what we are trying to accomplish. Ashleigh brings great energy and a positive attitude and is a real leader both on and off the court’.
