General Information

What is a season ticket?

Season tickets provide access to all Essex Rebels basketball and volleyball home games for the upcoming season.

As a season ticket holder, you’ll enjoy:

  • Priority Seating: Choose your own seat for every game.*
  • 10% Discount on Merchandise: Show your support in style.**
  • Exclusive Player Meet & Greet: Dates to be confirmed once fixture list announced.
  • 10% Discount on Food and Beverages: At every game.
  • Junior Matchday Mascot: Opportunity for children (6–14 years) to lead the players out on
    matchday.***
  • Free Entry: To all cup, trophy, and playoff home games, plus access to Women’s Super
    League Basketball (SLBW), Men’s British Championship Basketball League (BCB), and
    Men’s National Basketball League Division 3 home games.
  • Free Entry to All Rebels Volleyball Games: Up to 15 additional matches.
  • Official Rebels lanyard included.

*Priority seating only available on Stand A (balcony).
** Merchandise discount only valid for in-arena full-price purchases and not applicable online.
*** Matchday mascot experiences are available exclusively to junior season ticket holders and are not offered to children of adult season ticket holders.

Purchasing Process

  • Visit the Essex Rebels website: essexrebels.ac.uk
  • Click “Book Tickets”.
  • Select your preferred seat from the seating map.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to either:
    o Log in to your existing Fanbase account, or
    o Register for a new Fanbase account.
    o To purchase a season ticket, customers are required create a Fanbase account.
    1. Complete your ticket purchase.
    2. Once purchased, your tickets will appear in your Fanbase account.
    3. You can also add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
  • Creating a Fanbase Account you will need to provide:
    o A valid email address
    o Your full name
    o Your address

How to Purchase Family Season Tickets:

  • Select your first seat on the seating map.
  • Click on additional seats to add them, choosing the ‘Family (additional)’ ticket type for each one.
  • Only select the number of additional tickets included in your bundle (for example, a 2+1 bundle allows up to two additional tickets).
  • Click Continue to assign each ticket to the correct family member
  • Renewal: 8/6/26 – 28/6/26
  • Early Bird: 29/6/26 – 31/7/26
  • General Sale: 1/8/26 – 31/10/26
  • Credit or debit card
  • Klarna

Are there any additional fees?

Yes, there are service fees (5%) and transaction fees (1.15% plus 10p). The fees are included in the season ticket final price. 

Can I purchase a season ticket over the phone or in person?

Yes, call 01206 874110 or email [email protected] for assistance. Note, tickets cannot be purchased in person as an account with Fanbase is required, however, we will be happy to assist you along the process.

Why have some season ticket types been removed for the new season?

After reviewing last season’s ticket sales and benchmarking against other basketball clubs across the UK and Europe, we made the decision to simplify our season ticket offering. Over time, the number of ticket types had grown to 12 different options, which created unnecessary complexity for supporters when choosing tickets and for our team when managing memberships.

The updated range focuses on the ticket options most supporters use, helping us create a clearer and more streamlined experience for fans purchasing season tickets. We understand some supporters may have previously purchased a ticket type that is no longer available, and we appreciate their understanding as we continue to improve and simplify the season ticket experience for everyone.

Can I choose my seats?

Yes, customers can select their seats during the purchase process.

Can I change my seat? 

Yes, you can change your chosen seat with another available seat by contacting [email protected]

No, season tickets cannot be transferred or sold.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Can I cancel my season ticket?

Season Ticket purchases may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the 2026/27 season has not started and no Season Ticket benefits have been used. No refunds are possible once the season has started.
