History will be made as our men’s basketball team takes to the court for the very first time in the newly launched British Championship Basketball League (BCB). Adding to the excitement, former Rebels player Joe Hart will make his debut on the sidelines as our newly appointed Head Coach. The challenge? None other than the Reading Rockets, reigning Champions. Expect high intensity, fierce competition, and an electric atmosphere as we kick off a new era in Rebels men’s basketball.
Saturday 4th October, Tip Off 4pm – Official Season Opener: Essex Rebels vs London Lions (Super League Basketball Trophy)
This is the big one. The curtain-raiser for the 25-26 season sees our Women’s SLB team take on the London Lions in the SLB Trophy. Come and meet the team, feel the energy, and get behind your Rebels as they look to make a statement from day one. Expect fast-paced, high-intensity basketball and the first chance to see this squad set the tone for the season ahead.
